Due to public health concerns regarding COVID-19 and physical distancing limitations, the University of Miami Psychological Services Center (PSC) has suspended in-person services.  The PSC is currently accepting new child, adolescent, and adult clients for telehealth services.  You may call the PSC at 305-284-4265 (ext 0) to get more information about our clinical services and schedule an appointment.  Our Clinic voicemail is being monitored during this time, so if it is necessary to leave a message, please do so at the above number.

For clients interested in assessment and testing, we have postponed testing services until it is safe for clients, clinicians, and staff to return to in-person services. In the meantime, you may call us at 305-284-4265 (ext 0) to be placed on a waitlist for assessment and testing services. We look forward to serving you in-person once again.

Thank you for your patience during these uncertain times,
The PSC Staff and Clinicians

Program for the Prevention of Emotional Problems in Children (PEP-C)

The Program for Emotional Problems in Children (PEP-C) was developed with the assistance of the Jane Lawton Trust to identify and treat children and adolescents from Miami Dade County Public Schools (MDCPS) who may be at-risk for developing emotional problems. This program was established by the Department of Psychology and Psychological Services Center (PSC) as part of its community outreach mission, and represents a continuation and expansion of ongoing services provided by the PSC to children and families in our community.
