Fees and Payment

Currently, a comprehensive psychoeducational evaluation is typically $1,750. However, the cost for our assessment services can vary based on the type of evaluation requested (e.g., psychoeducational, psychological, neurodevelopmental, etc.).  

Testing fees may be paid in multiple installments, with the entire balance due prior to the final/feedback session. For psychoeducational evaluations, a 10% is required before scheduling may occur.

As a training clinic, we are not able to accept insurance. We believe that financial hardship should not be a barrier to receiving psychological services. Therefore, per session fee is set on a sliding scale based on ability to pay. There is no charge for intake evaluation. Requests for additional fee reduction are considered on a case-by-case basis. For current University of Miami students, the fee is $20 per session.

Refund Policy: Refunds for services rendered will not be provided. If you paid for a service in advance, refunds will only be issued if the service is canceled with at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Once a service has started, refunds will not be issued.

Privacy Policy: No information provided while making a payment for PSC services will be sold or made available to companies or organizations not affiliated with the University of Miami. You can read more here.
